FED 2020 Call for Presentations!

The NWI Food Council is hosting its fourth annual FED: Food Expo & Discussion, a day-long event open to all members of our community on February 7, 2020.  FED is open to all — whether you eat food, play a role in the food system, or have a passion for food issues! 

This collaborative event includes panel discussions, workshops, locally-sourced lunch, and admittance to the Expo which features local businesses, farms and food-focused organizations.  This year's theme is "Get Dirty," with a focus on food and farms advocacy and hands-on workshops that will explore food and agriculture in Northwest Indiana.

For this year’s FED, we are trying something new! We’re excited to extend a warm invitation to YOU to submit proposals for a breakout session or workshop that will help educate and empower your fellow community members. Submissions due by November 20, 2019 at 5PM.
